CAN I BUY A TICKET AT THE EVENT?

Yes, tickets will be available at the gate at higher prices. We recommend that you by them in advance online as a sellout is expected.

DO I NEED TO ID?

If you plan on consuming alcohol, you must have your 21+ Government Issued photo ID (Driver’s License, Passport, Military ID)

CAN I UPGRADE MY TICKET AT THE EVENT?

Yes, you can upgrade your Designated Driver ticket to a General Admission Ticket at the gate for $25.00.

HOW MANY WINES CAN WE TASTE?

General Admission ticket entitles you to tasting privileges. PLEASE DRINK RESPONSIBLY! We reserve the right to politely refuse service to anyone we feel is intoxicated. Each General Admission ticket purchaser will receive a commemorative wine glass. There will be an abundance to sample so please pace yourself and don’t overindulge! We will be providing lots of complimentary water to drink dispersed at strategic locations throughout the festival venue.

WHEN SHOULD I ARRIVE?

GATES WILL OPEN AT 11 A.M. FOR TICKET SALES. Ticket holders may enter at NOON. The event ends at 7 p.m. sharp.

CAN WE BRING OUR PICNIC LUNCH, CHAIRS AND BLANKET?

We encourage our guests to bring their coolers, snacks, pop-up tents, umbrellas, fold-up chairs, blankets, small tables, small wagons to tote around items. We will be selling ice on site for you to keep your food and beverage items cold. NO OUTSIDE BEVERAGES. Complimentary water will be available for festival patrons. ALL BAGS AND COOLERS WILL BE SEARCHED PRIOR TO ENTERING THE FESTIVAL.

CAN I LEAVE AND RE-ENTER THE FESTIVAL?

NO – Once you leave you may not re-enter, so please make sure you bring all of your belongings with you when you enter the festival site.

WHAT TO BRING?

  • CASH….Many of the craft and food vendors will accept credit cards but to save yourself the time and hassle of having to track down an ATM if they do not, we recommend bringing cash. There will be 2 ATM’s onsite for your use.
  • VALID ID….All guests entering will have their ID’s checked to verify that they are of legal drinking age if they have purchased a General Admission ticket.

WHAT IF I LOSE MY TICKET OR CAN’T COME?

Our ticketing companies will send you an email with your ticket information. NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN…. If for some reason you are not able to locate the email sent to you with your tickets attached, please email info@aidenentertainment.com at least 48-hours prior to the festival.

DO I NEED TO PRINT MY TICKET?

Your tickets will be emailed to you, you should bring a printed copy of the PDF ticket that you received when you placed your order.

WHERE CAN WE PARK?

There is ample FREE parking available at the festival site.

CAN WE BRING OUR CHILDREN OR PETS?

Kids 12 and under are free but please note that this event is not designated for children. They are welcome, but you will find very little of interest to them at the Festival. ANYONE BETWEEN THE AGES OF 13-20 WILL NEED TO PURCHASE A DESIGNATED DRIVER TICKET TO ENTER THE FESTIVAL. NO PETS ALLOWED. Service Dogs are welcome but must register in advance and on-site upon arrival with all proper documentation. Please email info@aidenentertainment.com to register.

WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?

NO SHIRT, NO SHOES, NO ENTRY….Be comfortable. Have fun. Be safe.

WHAT IF IT RAINS?

This is a rain or shine event. The Festival will go on regardless of the weather. If it looks like rain, bring an umbrella! NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN.

WHAT NOT TO BRING?

  • NO weapons
  • NO outside beverages
  • NO illegal substances
