Yes, tickets will be available at the gate at higher prices. We recommend that you by them in advance online as a sellout is expected.

General Admission ticket entitles you to wine OR beer tasting privileges PLEASE DRINK RESPONSIBLY! We reserve the right to politely refuse service to anyone we feel is intoxicated. Each General Admission ticket purchaser will receive a commemorative wine glass OR beer glass. For those who opt for Beer, they will receive 4 tasting tickets and they will be able to purchase additional tasting tickets on-site in designated locations (credit or debit card only). There will be an abundance of wine and beer to sample so please pace yourself and don’t overindulge! We will be providing lots of complimentary water to drink dispersed at strategic locations throughout the festival venue.

GATES WILL OPEN AT 11 A.M. FOR TICKET SALES. Ticket holders may enter at NOON. The event ends at 8 p.m. sharp.

We encourage our guests to bring their picnic lunch, pop-up tents, umbrellas, fold-up chairs, blankets, small tables, small wagons to tote around items, we will be selling ice on site for you to keep your beverages and food items cold. NO OUTSIDE BEVERAGES. Complimentary water will be available for festival patrons.

ALL BAGS AND COOLERS WILL BE SEARCHED PRIOR TO ENTERING THE FESTIVAL.

Upon arrival, all guests will receive a wristband and hand stamp. In order re-enter the festival after exiting, you must show your wristband and hand stamp.

• CASH….many of the craft and food vendors will accept credit cards but to save yourself the time and hassle of having to track down an ATM if they do not, we recommend bringing cash.
• VALID ID….All guests entering will have their ID’s checked to verify that they are of legal drinking age if they have purchased a General Admission ticket.

Our ticketing companies will send you an email with your ticket information. NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN…. If for some reason you are not able to locate the email sent to you with your tickets attached, please email  customerservice@aidenentertainment at least 1-week prior to the festival.

There is ample FREE parking available at the festival site.

Kids 12 and under are free but please note that this event is not designated for children. They are welcome, but you will find very little of interest to them at the Festival. ANYONE BETWEEN THE AGES OF 13-20 WILL NEED TO PURCHASE A DESIGNATED DRIVER TICKET TO ENTER THE FESTIVAL. NO PETS ALLOWED. Service Dogs are welcome but must register in advance and on-site upon arrival with all proper documentation. Please email customerservice@aidenentertainment.com to register.

NO SHIRT, NO SHOES, NO ENTRY….Be comfortable. Have fun. Be safe.

This is a rain or shine event. The Festival will go on regardless of the weather. If it looks like rain, bring an umbrella! NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN.
